Founded in 2010, Brooklyn Grange is the world’s largest rooftop soil farm. They promote sustainable urban living by building green spaces and widening access to locally grown produce within The City. Their socially conscious commitment to sustainability and community is why we fell in love with this space, and are excited to share this amazing piece of Brooklyn with you.
About Our Caterer
City Roots Hospitality
One of the first things we decided after getting engaged, was that our wedding would be vegan. City Roots Hospitality is New York City’s leading vegan restaurant group for nearly a decade. Owner and Executive Chef Guy Vaknin is a master of executing plant-based cuisine at fine-dining levels. He has been a contestant on Fox's Hell's Kitchen, and his Beyond Sushi concept secured one of the largest deals in the history of ABC's Shark Tank.
